Acquest Development needed a solution to assist their sales and marketing efforts for a new development project in Williamsville, NY. Park Creek Senior Apartments is located in a prime, park-like setting. Knowing they had a gem of a location, Acquest Development wanted to be able to draw people to the facility as soon as possible in order to showcase the tastefully designed complex. There was one challenge… it wasn’t built yet, and wouldn’t be completed for a number of months.
Siteview constructed a virtual tour of two residential units as well as the two story lobby. A photorealistic 3D model was created and each and every detail, down to the paint colors and backsplash tile were incorporated into the model. Each room was linked to allow for navigation from one room to the other, providing a 360 degree view of each space.
As we created different rooms, the project manager from Acquest would review our progress and provide feedback. In one particular instance, it was recognized that the tile slated for the bathroom/shower walls was going to pose a challenge to potential residents. 
The project manager was able to use the visualization materials Siteview created to make a long-lead material change, which ultimately saved thousands of dollars on material costs.
Siteview posted the virtual tour in February and the facility officially opened in August. During that time, 8,240 people viewed the virtual tour, which enabled management to secure unit deposits from residents before they could actually visit the unit in person.
